Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Please allow 7-10 BUSINESS days for processing and shipping. Tracking numbers will be sent via e-mail upon confirmation of payment. 

  • Please be careful when typing address we would hate for you to repay for RETURN TO SENDER SHIPPING FEE of $10. Please be sure to take your time and enter your correct shipping address. If your package is returned to sender due to an insufficient address or any reason at all, you will be responsible for the shipping fee.



  • If your package has been confirmed delivered via USPS and you did not receive it, you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages.
  • Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time.
  • If you decide to file a claim through Paypal your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that your package was indeed delivered. The ONLY time that we will resend or refund is when tracking confirms that the package was lost/delayed DURING TRANSIT and NOT for any packages that has a CONFIRMED DELIVERED status in mailbox/porch/reception etc.
  • In the rare case you receive an incorrect order, please ship us the incorrect order and we will ship the correct products once we receive the products you shipped back to us (You will be responsible for the shipping fee, as we do not provide return labels). 

Due to the nature of the product, we do not process refunds, returns, or exchanges.
